Shipping & Returns

We typically ship all orders 1-2 business days after they are placed and we use Sendle as our main carrier. We ship from Sydney, Australia. If you include an email address with your order, you will receive a confirmation email linked to your tracking information.

Shipping within Australia

We offer free domestic shipping for orders up to the value of $72.00 This only applies to standard shipping (which usually takes 2 -5 business days). For orders over $72.00 there is a flat rate of $20.00 for shipping (max 2 handbags per order). orders with more than 2 handbags require a separate order.

International Shipping

We ship to over 220 countries around the world. We offer three rates for international shipping depending on zone.

Our zones are:

Zone 1 - New Zealand | 4-6 working days – flat rate $30.60 per handbag
Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 6-13 working days -  flat rate $61.50 per handbag
Zone 3 - Rest of the world | 10-15 working days – flat rate $80.50 per handbag

*Please note for International orders a maximum of one handbag may be ordered per order.  Multiple bags require separate orders.  Each order may include up to 2 additional packs of party pouches (each pack contains 3 pouches) and no extra postage charges will apply.


Please note that VAT/Duties charges may apply to your order and are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are beyond the control of Keeping It Classy and are a result of the importing country's import regulations. Please note that these duties are assessed and payable before you can receive your order.

Customs Delays: Please note we cannot be responsible for delays by customs.

Returns and Replacements
For returns, refunds, or replacement requests, please email: with an explanation of the issue, including photos if possible. If a return and replacement is necessary, we will organise a courier pick up.
